What You'll Do

• Build and manage relationships with retail banking customers

  • 🏦 CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
  • 🛡️ Bancassurance (Bank-offered Insurance Products)
• Understand customer profiles and recommend suitable financial products
• Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards
• Ensure a smooth, positive experience for every customer interaction

What We're Looking For

• 0–4 years of experience — freshers actively encouraged to apply
• Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree
• Strong communication and people skills
• A natural flair for sales and customer engagement
