The Role

A prominent Indian bank is hiring Branch Managers and RM across the Delhi NCR region — and with 20 openings, there's real urgency here.

What You'll Do

Branch Operations & Leadership

• Supervise and mentor branch staff — day-to-day leadership, performance, and accountability
• Oversee all banking procedures, compliance, and operational processes
• Handle recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members
• Review and approve loans, lines of credit, and financial plans
• Prepare, manage, and analyse branch budgets and financial reports
• Ensure regulatory and tax-related financial documentation is accurate and timely
• Represent and market the branch within the local community to drive new business

Relationship Management & Business Growth

• Own and grow the liabilities and investment portfolio for retail and branch customers
• Deliver service that consistently exceeds expectations for high-value client segments
• Identify revenue opportunities within existing and prospective relationships
• Deepen wallet share by cross-selling banking and investment products
• Forecast business performance and plan proactively to meet fiscal targets

What We're Looking For

• 3–8 years of experience in banking, preferably in branch management or RM leadership
• Proven track record in liabilities, CASA, or investment product sales
• Strong people management and team leadership ability
• Solid understanding of banking operations, compliance, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Any Graduate degree
