Job Summary: Monitors payment transactions and helps resolve UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, wallet, and merchant payment exceptions.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate transaction failures, reconcile records, manage dispute queues, coordinate with banks/NPCI partners, and prepare daily MIS.
Requirements: Experience in payments operations; Excel skills; understanding of settlement, chargeback, reconciliation, and payment rails.
