The Role

This is a high-calibre opportunity for seasoned wealth management professionals who thrive in the HNI space. As a Wealth Manager, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients — advising them on everything from mutual funds to PMS, AIFs, and private banking products.

If you have a strong client network, deep product knowledge, and a track record of hitting AUM targets, this role offers the platform — and the pay — to match your ambition.

What You'll Do

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Proactively source and onboard HNI/UHNI clients through your network, referrals, and direct pitches
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with existing clients to deepen wallet share
  • Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities across insurance, broking, and other financial services

Portfolio Strategy & Advisory

  • Profile each client's risk appetite, return expectations, and investment horizon
  • Design and recommend customised asset allocation strategies tailored to individual goals
  • Advise across a full product suite:
    • 📊 Mutual Funds — equity, debt, and hybrid
    • 💼 PMS & AIFs — discretionary and non-discretionary, minimum ₹50L ticket size
    • 🏦 Private Banking & Equity Products

Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting

  • Conduct regular portfolio review meetings and benchmark performance
  • Rebalance portfolios in response to changing market conditions and client goals
  • Maintain clear, client-friendly reporting and communication

Revenue & Compliance

  • Meet monthly and quarterly AUM growth and revenue targets
  • Ensure full adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and internal compliance frameworks
  • Oversee seamless KYC and client onboarding protocols

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory
  • Demonstrated experience handling HNI/UHNI clients
  • Strong working knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and equity products
  • Existing client network — a strong book is a definite advantage
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and relationship-first in approach
  • Any Graduate degree; NISM/CFP certification preferred
